Service Package Details – Include branded chart
Tantalum Service:
- Unlimited unscheduled service and troubleshooting.
- Glass thickness and analysis reports.
- Quarterly, Semiannual, and Annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) with consumable spares.
- Maintenance training assistance.
- Available for a minimum term of 12 months.
Gold Service:
- Limited unscheduled service and troubleshooting (max 2 visits, up to 48 hours per visit).
- Quarterly, Semiannual, and Annual PMs with consumable spares.
- Glass thickness and analysis reports.
- Available for a minimum term of 12 months.
Billable Field Service Rates (Non-contracted):
- $257.00/hour (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- $310.00/hour (Overtime: Mon-Fri, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM; Sat. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- $375.00/hour (Sunday & Holidays)
- Four-hour minimum charge per call.
- Travel charges include $165.00/hour travel time, roundtrip mileage or airfare, car rental, and per diem expenses.
Emergency Field Service:
- GTI dispatches engineers upon customer request during regular business hours.
- Coverage includes one engineer responding on a best-effort basis.
- Charges apply as per Field Paid Service pricing.
Scheduled Service - Activities Covered:
- Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Performance Evaluations
- System Relocation Services
- Services are performed during GTI’s normal working hours.
- Up to 3 consecutive days of service by one engineer per scheduled event.
- Travel charges apply for customers without a Service Program.

- Evaluation of functional system operation with detailed analysis.
- Service performed during normal working hours.

Blocks of Paid Service Time:
- Customized to customer needs.
- Discounted service time blocks valid for one year.
- Engineer availability within 48 hours of notification.

Maintenance Training - On-site Training:
- Cost-effective for training four or more staff members on-site.
- Tailored courses conducted at your facility.
