James Lakeman, who joined the industry in 1987, has been a driving force behind the company's remarkable journey. With a wealth of experience spanning the petrochemical, nuclear, chemical, plastics, biofuels, and pharmaceutical industries since 1980, James established his business by providing unique solutions in the field of failure analysis and repair of glasslined equipment. This innovative approach led to the evolution of a small home-based consulting business into a state-of-the-art 50,000 sq. ft. facility. The facility encompasses warehousing, production, offices, a field service hub, and research capabilities, complete with 15 acres of outdoor storage space.
